I've flown with them on 4 occasions. They have very good service for a low cost. Compared to Air Polonia (R.I.P.), i always found Wizz Air to be a little bit better. Or maybe it was just the plane that was much newer 8) Loads... I always had low loads (and the people on the plane were probably almos...

Aha, finally the person that can help me out with some questions. Have a look here: https://www.aviation24.be/postlite8226-macquarie.html Can you shed some light on those questions. That the things that are conducted now, such as the construction of the new car park, etc. isn't Macquarie initiative ...

Thanks for the updates, Brubiac, and everyone else too of course. I didn't know that the officebuilding was totally renewed inside, nice to know. Because from outside it really looks quite bad. About the Coca-Cola tower, i heard once on luchtzak that it was mentionned like that, and i thought it was...

Nice to read a report about Lille, a place where i spent quite some weekends last year, as my girlfriend was studying there for 1 year. Very nice town, and very vivid one. You should see it at night, the streets are full of people. The fountain at the main square is the meeting place for everyone, a...

construction works @ BRU - Macquarie initiative?

Received a newsletter from BIAC today, saying that there will be construction works going on, more info here: https://www.aviation24.be/article7251.html and here: https://www.aviation24.be/article7250.html . First moves of Macquarie? Or last moves of the last management, as it was probably decided s...

A new site to keep your eye on: http://www.macquarie.com.au/au/map/index.html In the "asset portfolio", they recently also made a topic about BRU. For now, if you click the links, it still gives an error. They are probably still preparing it all, but it seems interesting for sure! Don't fo...

For the statistics: what i remember from last year is that indeed BIAC has the bad habbit of sometimes not updating it's statistics. They update it less just before the half year statistics are released, and also before the year statistics are released. So in some time (can take a while though...) y...

Hi Advisor, nice figures indeed! But i guess what CN-RAM meant is that your numbers are representative for airport companies, and do not shoz the revenue for individual airports. It would be interesting to see how individual airports, such as LHR, are doing, instead of BAA as a whole. It also makes ...

What about Wizz Air flights to Warsaw? I just purchased a ticket for next wednesday, and i'm hoping that it won't be foggy. Well, if you want a good price on that short notice for a 1-way ticket, i guess you have to take some risk 8) I wonder how full these flights will be now, after the demise of A...

I just had to mention these: 3. 7 December 21:30 Lockheed-Martin Corporation, United States 9. 7 December 21:31 Airport IT-Services Hahn GmbH, Germany Also saw quite some airlines pass by on a frequent basis, such as Delta. But that's not that special on an aviation forum. I would love to see Macqua...

only bad thing (for me): they fligh in the (late) evening instead of in the (early) morning... .. but great for me :D I was already hoping that they would survive, as they are now the only LCC between Belgium and Warsaw. Also i liked the service a little bit more than the service of Air Polonia. Bu...

At www.luchtvaartnieuws.nl they now have an article about all crashes of the last 5 years. A pity that it is only in Dutch, so probably of no use for you. That's indeed a good website, Athos. In the future topic it would be indeed also interesting to post websites that show promotions, like this one. A pity that nobody seems to be interested in this. Certainly because the poll reveals that there are quite some frequent flyers on this site. Summarising from other topics here on luchtzak: Mostly rumours though: * Aero Flight might start a link to FRA from mid December on with A320. * Ethiopian Cargo moves from OST to BRU in January * Club Air/6C will fly daily from Brussels to Bari / Parma and Verona from March 2005. An inside rumour sa...
