High groundspeeds with tailwind are not so uncommon. Rember a Sabena flight from Boston to Brussels, think it must have been late nineties : I think we reached Brussels in less than 5 hours. On saturday 18 february I flew with United to IAD. I was at the check-in at 10.00 am. Two long queues : for ecnonomy and for first/business. I take this flight 2-3 times per year, and this was the first time the queu was that long. Maybe they are staffed only for 2 flights (to IAD and ORD), and not ...

missed approach

I saw on the Casper tracking website that SN358 did a "go-around" this morning. Started to accelerate again when it was as about 1700 ft.

Icelandair started their summer service today.
What terminal are they flying from : A or B ?
I think Iceland is Schengen, but I am not sure.
