25R for take-offs and landings.

Runway 25L just closed. Something going on there ?

Edit: 25L reopened. Not so much going on then luckily. :)

Re: BRU 16/11/2010 TU154M

Why did the Belgian football association charter this Tupolev instead of the Thomas Cook A320 that they normally use ?

BRU 15/11/2010

Tomorrow will be the first rain-free day since a longtime, so I'll probably go for some spotting in BRU.

Is there anything special scheduled for tomorrow ? Another SK or TK update would be nice. :D

I once flew on one of their A319's from Orly to Algeria. Pretty good service and food, decent legroom, but no IFE.

Re: The one and only which runway in use @ EBBR-topic

For runway 20, maybe the gas station on the Haachtsesteenweg, or the small road next to the police station ?

By the way, approaches ánd take-offs from runway 20 ? Is that even possible during the rush hours ?

Re: The one and only which runway in use @ EBBR-topic

Which runway configuration will most likely be in use on thursday ? Very strong S to SSW winds expected.

Might go spotting if the 'spotters-friendly' runways are in use.

Re: Abnormalities at BRU / ANR / LGG / CRL / OST 2010

What is the exact reason planes are diverted ? Probably the foggy conditions in BRU, but what is the impact of it on air traffic ? Does it require a larger distance between two landing planes, and thus creates a more crowded airspace (and possible holding patterns) ? And why would a refueling of the...

Are you sure ? I was by accident following the plane this morning on the casper tracker and it seemed that it did land on 25L.
