Sorry guys, I was in Germany for the WRC so I could not answer immediatly. In theory there is no problem to park a 747 at pier-A. The only possible stands are 145L, 149L, 153L, 157L, 165L, 169L. But, there is always a but here in BRU, the servicedrive behind the stands is not painted very well IMO. ...

Re: re

Dear, When you are really working for biac, you also know that an Antonov An-124 is a stage 3 aircraft. Kind regards, I'm working for BIAC not for Antonov, to be sure of the noise restrictions I've to search for it in our TMA-database. The military-flights aren't in this database  no info ab...

The Chapter II is the thing they give as a reason. But that's not the main thing, believe me.

Last week there was also a An-124 in BRU and they had no problems.

Antonov An-124 at BRU

This evening a An-124 landed around 1735 LT at BRU. The aircraft, UR-82073, arrived from Gostomel (UKKM) and was expected to park at the military apron. It has to pick up some containers for transport. The problem is, it's not allowed to departed again due to Chapter II noise regulations. So, if the...

It's in the old one but not as a controller. I give only the parkingstand to the aircrafts and it's still BIAC not Belgocontrol.

OK-DGL is coming to BRU (OK632/633)
Problably with some delay due to the weather.
