Today the European Commission commented on the results of an inquiry conducted by a consultant on the quality of the online booking sites of some airlines operating in the European Union.
Air France and KLM consider that the content and presentation of their online booking sites comply with almost all the applicable legal obligations to provide consumer information. The two airlines are naturally in contact with the European Commission departments concerned in order to remove any ambiguity on the best way in which to apply these regulations.
Air France and KLM confirmed their intention to be in full compliance with all applicable legislation and their ongoing commitment to propose the best possible services to consumers.
