EU summit

Post by Frederik Peeters »

Thursday I past Brussels airport on the R1 for work and I saw all the governmental plains standing at Abelag. Now with the week-end getting started I tought maybe I could stop by saturday to make some pic's of them.

The question now is if the a/c's stay in Brussels for the week-end and would it be word to make the trip?

If you could see Brussels airport from the R1 you're using very powerful binoculars so you're probably talking about the R0.

Yes indeed R0. Just an habit cause I take R1 every day. :-)

Hi,

Saw the Polish already bought a new plane (EMB190/5 ? ) instead of their crashed Tu154 !
I was also surprised to see a little Air Force One taking off ( B737-800 was it Hillary Clinton ? of
external affaires or who was it to have a full B737-800 for his own ..).
France came with 2! planes and Ceska with a great silver A320, tought they had a russian ..
now I can understand why the Belgian politicians .. haha EMB ..
( No the A330 is for troups..)
When Belgium will stop I suspect a Cessna !! haha good enough for Flanders politics ..
or with NVA maybe the Airbus Beluga.. haha
Cx-B
New types flown 2022.. A339

Poland chartered two EMB175 aircraft from LOT until the end of 2013 for the transportation of VIPs and painted them in the red Polish army colours.
