Does anyone know what the Volga-Dnepr Ilyushin 76 stage 4 is doing in BRU today?

So it's for a cargo flight.

Wow! Really a great visitor. I wish we got this ones more over here. Maybe there is some hope for the future.
As the title said it's stage 4 , meaning there should be no noise restrictions at all for this beast to operate, I can tell you from personal expierence
you can almost not hear it. It is really not noisier than let's say an A320 or something like that.
