IL76 now in front of Abelag parking. VIP cars are being loaded.

IL96 returned and is now parked on the right of the IL76.


Update 10h40: IL76 departed. IL96 will soon follow.

Nice pictures, Established02 !
I actually remember flying an IL-96 early 90's (1992 to be precise), BRU-LED and SVO-BRU.
Does anyone know SU used this aircraft regularly on its flights to BRU, or was this just a lucky coincidence?

Thanks, Capetown.

My best guess is that is was rather exceptional for SU to fly the IL96 to BRU during those years.

On the other hand, the IL86 was a common visitor.

Well, it happened definitely later then 1992, SU only received their first IL96 on the very last days of 1992. ;)

Looking at the two posts above, I realize that I've probably messed up the IL 86 and the IL 96. :oops:
So, I definitely DID fly the IL 86, but, as my trip was in Feb' 92, I guess it's fair to say that I never flew the IL 96 :)
