I'm studying for my finals but I'll probably spend an hour at the airport ;)

Thanks for the information, that will satisfy the many members who will be travelling on that plane!

If the weather is OK, I'll be there as well for some arrival & departure shots.

Well if the weatherforecast for saturday is correct it will be cloudy and a small chance on a rainshower, so let's hope for the best :)

Quite a bit too early to tell.
For now, the wind is forecasted to favour 25L/25R, but even that can change. 25L would be the obvious choice though.

Hi

If it was just Runway 25L/25R for arrivals I wouldn't worry too much about the runway, it should for sure be 25L. LOT usually lands on the 25L so .. ;). Btw I think for this one occasion the tower also knows many spotters will be present at 25L so unless there is an urgent unsafe situation I don't even see why the **** they would send him over the 25R ;). With a little luck it will even be 02 for arrivals (no chance of missing him then) but it doesn't seems the wind will allow that ;).

Best regards, Yannick ;)

The amount of spotters has no influence on the sequence or runway choice.

Would it be possible to post relevant info (expected planes etc)? We will see runway-use tomorrow anyway!
Thanks, Roger

Probably too early to announce, although...

But the LO235 Dreamliner will be docking at gate A49.
