This is what I think as well, this is even why we are hiring right now for the next summer season.

I think they already do; but not on the flight between there 2 home airports itself as the Russians forbid it for some financial reason of unsettled accounts dating back to the days of SABENA?
Or was that ANA? Could very well be the same issue.

CX is already code sharing on SN!Ansett wrote: ↑17 Jul 2019, 19:48 LH and LX (Star Alliance) and CX (OneWorld) to code share extensively

I presume this was negotiated before SN was taken out of EW. Any chance SN will code share with CX, too ?

I thought it had something to do with European/Russian tensions?

Not really cheaper, no (well I confess that booking generally no more than a couple of days in advance I am in the pricey range).sn26567 wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 17:46Does it mean that the cost difference between Flex&Fast and Check&Go will be reduced, in other words, that Flex&Fast will be cheaper?CTBke wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 13:19 Looks like the only class getting a complimentary service is Bizz&Class, now Flex&Fast passengers need to pay for their food and drinks

But I flew F&F to/fro BCN on Tuesday and had a breakfast on the 06:20 and a chicken wrap on the last bus at 21:20. Both free of charge. (heck, "free" with a +500 EUR ticket).
For info, no Biz row outbound and only 1 Biz Pax inbound. Both A319, pretty much full boat behind the F&F row.

Flex to GVA is EUR 280 O.W. They shouldn’t charge for meals and drinks, not at those prices..Homo Aeroportus wrote: ↑19 Jul 2019, 11:30Not really cheaper, no (well I confess that booking generally no more than a couple of days in advance I am in the pricey range).sn26567 wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 17:46Does it mean that the cost difference between Flex&Fast and Check&Go will be reduced, in other words, that Flex&Fast will be cheaper?CTBke wrote: ↑03 Jul 2019, 13:19 Looks like the only class getting a complimentary service is Bizz&Class, now Flex&Fast passengers need to pay for their food and drinks

Flew with SN from BRU to FRA and back yesterday (Tomorrowland). The safety video was still narrated by Ray Cokes during both flights.

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019
Why are the prices to the UK destinations that high from Brussels?
Except for MAN, because Ryanair flies from CRL.
There are many ex pats here in Belgium and many tourist cities such as Brughes and Ghent have loads of British tourists.
Why doesn't JET2.com, Easyjet or others offer a low cost link to Belgium?

I was on a long haul flight with a new interior OO SFE I'm sure it was another voice if somebody can confirm it is only a detail obviously.

The new interior has some new safety features, e.g. a shoulder strap for the business class seats (similar to a car seatbelt). So for those aircraft, the safety video had to be updated. Don't know why Ray Cokes didn't do it again, maybe he was unavailable.lumumba wrote: ↑20 Jul 2019, 10:40I was on a long haul flight with a new interior OO SFE I'm sure it was another voice if somebody can confirm it is only a detail obviously.

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019
Maybe they are fed up indeed, because you keep on asking them "questions in general".lumumba wrote: ↑23 Jul 2019, 10:36 I'm not bashing just wondering but the last two trips I have the impression that Brussels Airlines employees are tired in any case very difficult to ask questions in general they have so little patience!
I do not feel that they are happy to work for this company and we feel it as a passenger.
Maybe there are understaffed or is there something else?
May there be a Brussels Airlines employee who can confirm this general impression?
Thanks
And when your above findings are true (quod non): why on earth do you keep flying with them??? About everything there sucks, you tell us three times a day. There isn't one thing, one issue that you haven't complained about.
