I have a wonder. What is the significance of the small Garuda Indonesia titles on the Citilink aircraft?

From wikipedia: Citilink is a low-cost airline headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. Established in July 2001 as a low-cost brand of Garuda Indonesia.

On a side note: Transall C.160D VH-TIT is owned by Wieland Aviation and departed on October 12th to reach it's final destination Townsville (Australia) 10 days later. Together with other Transall's VH-RPR and VH-RFW (all 3 ex-Luftwaffe) they will become part of the country's National Aerial Firefighting Fleet (NAFC). Apparently the Luftwaffe had already used some C.160's as firefighters.
