Has it something to do with the stike at heathrow ?

AMC is the ICAO code for Air Malta.

Indeed.
They are flying Matla - UK - Ostend without refuelling and then refuel at Ostend to make the trip back to Malta.
This evening a second Air Malta flight is planned at EBOS.
Saterday will probably also a busy day due to divertions from London.
Benghazi is only a fuel stop for flights from Central Africa on their way to Ostend.
