Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will be in Brussels for a summit with the EU. Not sure when he will arrive at BRU and with which plane.

Japan maintains two Boeing 747-400 (20–1101 and 20-1102) aircraft mostly for the Prime Minister, the Emperor, Empress and other members of the Imperial Family, operated by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
