Post by Skystef »

This is what i call a bizzjet, just arrived @ Abelag.
Parked beside an VP-BYA.
Together with the MD83 of Iraqi Gvmt, one of the better catches @ bizzjet platform this year.

When weather is good tomorrow (and if the aircraft is still there) I'll take a look to this beast

Since I always come to the airport with public transport, I have a question about that: I heard once that there is a shuttle between the airport building and Abelag parking... Has someone more info about this please?
Thanks in advance!

I´d sure like to live in one of these! ;-)
Actually I´d settle for one of the IB A300´s stored at VLC...

Goodevening,
Finally some time to spend around Abelag and what kind of moments !
Saw the 737-700W VP-BYA, took a picture but unfortunately without sun. Few minutes later the 777 VP-BRH, took a picture in the same conditions.
Luckily the sun came back and all the big cars were gone so a nice shot of the MD83 of Jet Alliance was possible. Already uploaded on diferent sites ; wait and see for the results.

D-ABNO DE B752 no titles
No problem Fred, seems i was a little guilty too for the 4 log-topics on 15/09. Was only intented to start a topic on the first ever bizz B777 @ Abelag, but it looked @ the end like a (short) log file.

Btw the D-ABNO did carry black "Condor" titles, on both sides.

And thx for credits Meerkat, i do my best to logs all  the specials.

@ Fred,

if you logged the DE on the right side it might have been without titles as i didn't check. I logged it on 15/09 from the left side with black "Condor" titles, and when looking the latest A.net pics presumed it was like this on both sides.

Hopes this clear things.

Strange, really strange...

Although it didn't have any titles until recently, November Oscar apparently got them somewhere in August.

There was quite some clutter in front of the aircraft, maybe it was just hiding the titles?

Apparently VP-BRH visited BRU previously in both 2003 and 2002.

Fred

Thanks for the info and for the biz in your log - I need the Luxembourg reg'd Premier!

For info F-BPUJ was an F-27 so I guess this was a mis-pole for F-GPUJ CitationJet 2?
